Francesca Morgan Interiors Lead Designer will take a leadership role in developing plans and designs for the interior of residential or commercial clients. Successful candidates will plan and create functional and aesthetic designs and layouts that boost productivity, increase sales, attract customers, and enhance a living or commercial space in accordance with client objectives. Interior Designer will conduct client presentations, assess client investment level, oversee and manage the work of contractors, vendors, and installers, as well as lead, coach and mentor Design Assistants. This role will take direction from Principal Designer Francesca Morgan.
The Francesca Morgan Interiors Design Assistant will work under the direction of the Lead Interior Designer(s) to ensure superior workflow and satisfactory completion of client design projects. Must have 2 – 4 years industry related experience. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Experience with creating renderings, room boards is preferred. This individual must be able to adjust to changing environments and be extremely organized and detail conscious. This person will assist with design drawings, sourcing, and preparing for presentations, as well as communicating and coordinating with various subcontractors with the completion of the project always being the primary goal.
The Francesca Morgan Interiors Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overall coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategy. This is including, but not limited to, social media, email marketing, event marketing, blog creation, website updates, content creation and management. This position is part time for a well-organized and diligent individual who can create and manage digital, event & fundamental marketing duties, including delegation of tasks and management of growing marketing team. Must have 3-5 years related experience, proficient software and computer skills, SEO knowledge and experience with SEO optimization. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients, vendors, and industry influencers.

Looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson with proven track record in the home décor
field. Must be able to work directly with clients from initial contact through job completion, which
includes all tasks involved in selling, ordering, sample requests and administrative necessities. Ideal
candidates have experience with custom window treatments, wallcovering and upholstery products
and customer service. Salesperson must be able to put in showroom/studio hours to attend to walk
in clients, service in home appointments and solicit outside sources of business, as well as follow up
on all phone and media inquiries.
