Job Description
KEY DUTIES
Administrative Projects
Assist with keeping the design library and office organized and up to date. Duties may include the following:

Opening and closing the studio each day
-
Ordering office supplies and client gifts, as needed
-
Maintaining, organizing, and tidying up the studio
-
Ordering samples from vendors, if needed
-
Check in sample books/catalogs/magazines and update regularly.
-
Updating and working in project management software
-
Communicate with vendors and subs, if needed
-
Various administrative projects, as needed
-
Cutting checks weekly in collaboration with bookkeeper
-
Check studio messages and emails and relay to necessary team member
-
Data entry
Design Projects
Provide overall support with client projects and related tasks. Duties may include the following:

Assist in day to day management of projects, as needed
-
Provide client updates on orders by email, when needed
-
Check in on projects
-
Onboard new clients and process all project starting tasks
-
Internal set up of clients and documenting important data in OneHub
-
Offboard clients and complete all project closing tasks
-
Review and update current client list on a weekly basis with Design team.
-
Assist design team, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in communicating with clients, team, contractors and vendors
-
Must be professional, reliable, and punctual, be able to work late as needed, have personal stability
-
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities
-
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Work on-site

Comfortable using software and willingness to learn (Houzz Pro, Wix, Canva, Asana)
-
Respectful, mature, reliable, and responsible.

Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate, and neat in all aspects of the job.

Works well under pressure; able to multitask, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines.

Able to follow through on multiple projects with both short-term and long-term objectives.

Classification: part time 1099, with opportunity for full time
