About Us
Owner & Principal Designer

Francesca Morgan
With over 35 years of experience in the design industry, Francesca’s journey began in her family’s century-old textile business, where she learned the intricacies of craftsmanship and quality that continue to shape her work today.
Her greatest inspiration comes from her children, who remind her daily of the importance of family, balance, and purpose. Francesca believes that the foundation of any successful design project is the relationship between designer and client. Her advice: choose a designer whose work inspires you and with whom you truly connect. As a full-service project can span several months to over a year, trust and collaboration are key to creating something extraordinary together.
Francesca’s extensive travels around the world have deeply influenced her design perspective. These global experiences fuel her passion for discovering unique, eclectic pieces and refining her architectural understanding of art, style, and spatial harmony.
Throughout her career, Francesca has made a meaningful impact in Martin County and beyond—not only through her design work but also through her commitment to social responsibility and charitable involvement. She believes that great design extends beyond beautiful spaces; it enhances the quality of life for the people who inhabit them.
We are proud of the strong return and referral client base that Francesca Morgan Interiors has built over the years—a true testament to the talent, dedication, and care that define every project we take on.

Timeless Interior Design with Proven Processes

RESEARCH
Once we have met with you in your space, we'll craft a design scope to deliver with your contract and design fee proposal. Once these are signed and paid, we can schedule your kick-off meeting and start gathering samples for pre-selections.

DESIGN
Our team will prepare a preliminary design concept to review at our kick off meeting. With more direction from you, we will move forward with your customized design. We'll be taking this time to work with trades, order memos, and build your final presentation along with proposal for Furniture, Fixtures & Equiptment.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
& PROCUREMENT
Once the Final design is approved, you'll be presented with product proposals for procurement. Once you've approved and paid for these goods, we will start ordering and scheduling subs for installation and delivery. This process maybe done in phases depending on the size of your project. The design team will manage subs to ensure we stay on schedule.

INSTALL & STYLING
As work completes, and all of your products arrive and pass quality checks, we will schedule your installation and styling. Please note, renovations, wallpaper, paint, rugs and window treatments may go in prior to installation and styling. The design team will coordinate your design project to ensure we execute your design flawlessly.
