1922 White Home

Location: 227 S.E. Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida

History

The White Home was built by John E. White and his family, who were winter visitors from St. Paul, Minnesota.

In 1915, John E. White bought the lot from Chicago investors Carrie W. Webb and Sarah E. Hower. He began planning the construction of the cottage in early 1922 and moved in with his family later that year.
