Walk and Talk: In-Home Consultation with a Lead Designer - Our Walk & Talk Consultation is the ideal first step for discerning homeowners ready to elevate their interiors. We visit your home for up to two hours to explore your space, understand your lifestyle, this is a collaborative visit where we define your design goals and offer a strategic next step plan to make your project flow seamlessly .

Designer for a Day: A focused, one-day transformation using most of existing pieces and coordinating the perfect complements , expertly reimagined.

Designer by Your Side: A flexible, hourly approach offering professional guidance at your pace and focusing on the areas you need to pull your project together with expert guidance that pulls your look together.

What can I expect during the design process?
Our process is a refined multi -phase journey:

How much will this cost?
We work with clients in a few different ways so we can accommodate different budgets depending where you are with your project. Most Designer By Your Side Clients typically have a furnishings and accessory budget beginning at $50,000. when it comes to full service design, our clients typically have a budget which can range anywhere from $150,000 and up. At Francesca Morgan Interiors we believe everyone should love the space they live in therefore we invite those with a passion for home decor to shop in our Studio where we provide access to luxury bedding , designer wallpapers custom furnishings , window treatments, lighting , art and so much more . When it comes to Design Fees we always recommend starting with a Walk & Talk which not only provides executable next steps with priorities to save you time & money .The Walk & Talk is a $750 investment at which point we decide together what caliber of service suits your needs best for your project. We will have a frank discussion and you’ll know the design fee up front at the time we start your project.
How long will my project take?
We believe in transparency from the start. Your timeline is carefully planned, thoughtfully managed, and communicated every step of the way — ensuring a stress-free design experience.
Each design project unfolds at its own rhythm. A single-room refresh may take only a day, while a full-home transformation can evolve over several months. We tailor your schedule with precision and transparency from the very start.
What are the timelines for your design services?
These timelines are estimated and vary based on your scope on average this is what you can expect .

What influences the schedule?
Lead times for custom furnishings, material availability, and contractor coordination all play a role. We plan proactively to ensure smooth progress and minimal disruption.
How will I be updated along the way?
We maintain open communication and regular status reports throughout every phase. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and inspired at every step. The bottom line is we manage all these details for you so that you don not have to work with all the vendors directly . This as we all know can be quite exhausting . Hence we take this on so you don't have to.
How often can we talk?
We’re available by email Tuesday through Friday from 10-5 pm and are happy to schedule calls to talk through your project. We’ll find out upfront how involved you want to be and how often you want updates, then we’ll manage the communication from there so you can enjoy the process without overwhelm or anxiety. You will also get either a weekly or bi weekly project update
Can you use my existing pieces?
This is one of those things WE LOVE TO DO . Its your space and we want to incorporate as much as we can. Our approach is very straight forward , we always do our best to make your pieces work if they are right for your look. We love igniting new life into quality pieces as long as they are worth the investment and fit in appropriately.
Can you recommend trades?
We have a trades-team we love to work with and are happy to manage them and oversee their work if it's included in your scope. We know how overwhelming it is to manage a big team of sub contractors as well all the choices. Therefore, our services are all encompassing we take the guesswork out by using a team of trusted tradesmen to work on our projects.
What if I don't love the design?
The research phase of every project is incredibly detailed and thorough so we have a complete understanding of your design style AND lifestyle. Our design process make sure we are providing the best selections that work for your use and budget. In cases where you are unsure of an item, we'll explain why we chose it for you and how we envision it in your space.
What makes you the best interior designer in South Florida?
We'll be working closely together for an extended period of time, and there may be delays or frustrations along the way. This is real life but we take this on so you don't have to . It's important to have open and honest communication with your designer and we are all about that. Working with us, you'll always know what to expect and when to expect it.
