Make the Connection

WE like to do our homework and get you started in the right direction . We will provide you with a  New Client Questionnaire so we can get a better idea of your personal style and ultimate goals for your project.

-Share any pictures or social media accounts (Houzz or Pinterest), so that we can see examples of your taste. If you are overwhelmed , don't worry that's  why you HIRE us . We will evaluate your needs and pull together what best suits you, your space and your lifestyle .

-We will work together to determine the scope of your project – no matter how big or small.

Step 2: Walk and Talk

-This is our opportunity to see your home and talk about the project.

This is where we listen and see first hand how you live and what changes you want to make.

-We want our clients to ask questions and feel comfortable sharing their point-of-view.

This is very interactive and where we speak up and make sure our team is in line with YOUR wants NOT OURS. Although, we are all about collaboration we won't hold back and will make sure we are leading you down the right design path . This exchange helps us establish if we will work well together . 

This is when we discuss the different ways we can partner up to make your design dreams a reality . If it's a GO and we are on the same page we make a commitment either at this visit or when the time is right to get your project underway.

Step 3: Review Our Ideas

After our initial meeting at your home, we will have you come into the studio  to review design ideas, concepts  and begin with the preliminary selections.

The real fun begins! With our vast resources we will begin selections inside our design studio utilizing our extensive trade only sources from our  library. This is where we will begin to curate a custom look for your home. We will then  utilize state-of-the-art technology  software to create renderings for easy visualization of your new home with updated structural elements, etc.

Step 4 : Implementation

Once we have made your preliminary  selections and worked on the concept of your  design, we get to work with our team ,We will establish a game plan ,take photos, measurements and keep detailed notes to coordinate with our expert craftsman , subs  and  vendors and start to  make solid design  plans that work for your space and  budget. 

Once you have approved the design and we agree on the budget, we will get to work and your project will start to transpire and  come to life!

Step 5: Execution & Patience

We execute our design plan and begin placing orders. In partnership with our top-quality vendors and sub-contractors, we customize and install all fabrics, built ins , window treatments furnishings and custom products . Remember, custom orders take precision and time!

Once things start to trickle in we sometimes hold onto them and do ONE MAJOR INSTALL or coordinate deliveries as they are ready to be placed in your home , it all depends on your personal situation .

Our goal is to make you happy and make your home the  beautiful oasis you have always dreamed of having ! We are available to answer questions, make additions, etc. throughout the entire process.
